I have to amend my tax returns i'm sure that i forgot to include my unemployment compensation
my unemployment was pretaxed but never the less I forgot to include it

The IRS states that you should wait for your original return to be fully processed before you amend. The IRS does catch some errors, so they may send you a letter asking about the missing information.
