You didn't say what kind of code, but perhaps it's a 6-digit email verification code during efiling based on your other postings.    That code cannot be texted to you.  TurboTax says:

 

"Why can't I get this code on my phone?"

"We're required by the IRS to verify your email before you e-file."

 

By the way, this is a public Internet forum, so please don't post personal info in this public community forum.   It looks like the forum privacy filter caught it for your protection.

After trying the suggestions there, if you still need assistance, and if you are using Free Edition, phone support is not included in the free product unless you upgrade to PLUS for a fee.  But you can contact a TurboTax Support agent for free directly via messaging at Twitter or Facebook.
