I have filed with turbo tax the last 2 years and already filed this year for 2018. Why is it when I log into my account there is no record for 2016 2017 and 2018??

You could be in the wrong account and need to recover it through the account recovery page. To recover your account, you will need to provide either your phone number(recommended), email address, or User ID.
