I have been trying to download a filable copy of my IL state tax return for two months. It is still printing with "DO NOT FILE" on it. What is going on?
I have followed directions provided by your website, but it's still not working.
It's a ttx pdf foulup.
Look at the Some Things You Can Do menu
Select "Add A State"
That gets you into your tax file.
Then go to the top of the screen to My Account
...and use the drop dpwn menu to create a pdf file to print.
