I have a pending tax return but bank is closed my account. I read some old articles. I think IRS if can't send refund to my account they will send a check to my adress. I'm not in USA now. I won't be around 3 years.

The IRS will mail the refund check to the address you entered on your tax return.

So, you are no longer living at the address on your tax return?

If that is correct, then go to this IRS website for a change of address - https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/address-changes
