I got a 1098T form after filing and submitting my return. I clicked on the continue button instead of amending the return. Will this reflect on my return?

If the 1098T will affect your return and if federal is already e-filed and pending, and you need to add information to or modify your return, you need to wait until it is either accepted, or rejected.
If rejected, you can update your return and re-file.
