I found an old W2 for the previous tax raturn that I forgot to claim on last years taxes. I still haven't filed for this years taxes. How should I proceed?

You will amend the prior year return   and   file the current year return ...  you do not need to wait for the mailed in amended return to process, you can file the current year return now.

Select a tax year for specific amending instructions.

Keep in mind: You have 3 years from the date you filed your return (or 2 years after you paid the tax due, whichever is later) to file an amended return, which means you don't have to get it done by the April 15 filing deadline.

The W-2 for the prior tax year can only be reported on the tax return for that tax year, not on the 2018 tax return.

You would need to amend the prior year tax return that was filed to add the W-2 to the tax return.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return originally completed and filed using TurboTax - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/amending/help/how-to-amend-change-or-correct-a-return-you-already-filed/01/25588
