I filled in June but I did not send the application to the IRS, can I do it now?

Yes you can still e-file a 2019 return until October 15, 2020.  After that date, e-filing will close and your only way to file the 2019 return will be to print, sign and mail it.

 

If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline.  If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.

What "application" are you talking about ?   A payment plan agreement ?   Did you efile successfully yet ?
