Question

I filed my tax return and mailed it in. I than received additional W2 which I proceeded to e-file. I received the e-file one but not original

Yes--you did "something wrong" by trying to file twice.   The IRS will not process two tax returns that use the same Social Security number.   Apparently the IRS processed only the return that you e-filed; they will not process the one you mailed.   You were supposed to wait for all of your W-2's to arrive, and enter all of them on the same tax return.   Now you will need to file an amended tax return to include the income that was entered on that original return that you mailed---the one which will not be processed.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
