It depends.

If you marked that you wanted to receive your refund on your 2019 tax return using direct deposit, then yes, your stimulus check will also come using the banking information provided on your return as filed in a direct deposit.

If however, you had to make a payment with your 2019 tax return, you will need to update you information on the IRS portal. Be sure to update your payment information in the Filers section of the portal.
