I filed my 2019 return this afternoon but when I download and try to print the pdf file it will not open??

I find this hard to believe that upper level management at TURBOTAX are not aware of the print problem that hundreds and hundreds of users are having. Can you have someone at the executive level contact me? This is ridiculous,

The 2019 PDF will not be available until the 2019 tax return that you filed has been accepted by the IRS.

If the return has been accepted and the PDF will not print from the Tax Home web page, then try this -

Sign onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down and click on Add a State. This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
