Solved

I filed 1 of my 2 W-2 forms thinking that I could do the other when it arrived in the mail. Is it possible to reverse filing the first form? If not, what should I do?

No. You will need to wait and see if your return is Accepted or Rejected by the IRS. The IRS does not start accepting returns until January 23, 2017. If the return is Rejected you can go back in and fix the mistake without amending. If the return is Accepted you will need to WAIT until you receive your refund and then Amend.
