Yes. This is not a small amount that can be ignored. Amendments should be available on March 25th.

The amend return routine should be available in TurboTax on March 25. You should wait until your return is processed by the IRS before you amend your return. This is typically when you receive your refund or if you paid money with your return, when the payment is processed.
