I entered a 1099-k but just received a1099-MISC for the same job after filing. Do I need to amend and enter it again?

If it's for the same income amount and the program calculates the self-employment tax, the change might not affect your total refund or tax due.

To verify, click here 2018 Amend. Follow the instructions in the program and it will tell you if the correction will make a change. You only need to amend if there is a change in your total refund or tax due. If you do need to amend, wait until your return is fully processed and you have received your refund or your payment has cleared.
