I don't recall entering an address for my 1099misc but on my transcript the address for the payor is incorrect. Do I need to amend? been accepted but not approved.

No. You do not need to amend your return to correct the payer's address on the1099-MISC. The form is not transmitted with your return, just the information on payments made to you.
