Did you request direct deposit? refunds come quicker, in about two weeks, if you choose direct deposit. If you are receiving by mail it could take up to 5/6 weeks.  Also, I wouldn't recommend paying for the audit next time.  Just be sure to keep good records/documentation along with a copy of your return in case the irs would pick your return to audit.  They will just come and look to see if you can show documentation for the numbers you used on your return.  I'm sorry you paid for an audit, its intimidating at first and you think you need it but you'll be fine if you keep good records.  Hang in there.
