I did some of my taxes with turbo tax and i didn’t finish it I went somewhere else to complete my taxes but i haven’t received my taxes yet since i did it with turbo tax

If you prepared a tax return using TurboTax but did not not e-file it or mail it in, the tax return you prepared using TT has nothing whatsoever to do with whether you have received your refund for the tax return you prepared --and presumably filed--using some other software.

You can track your own federal refund on the IRS refund site no matter what software you used.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2025 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
