I did 2020 tax return with a CPA firm. Now I want to get 2018 and 2019 tax return but Turbo Tax doesn't let me.

You have to log in to the same account. You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2021 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2021.

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.

You can also request a transcript from the IRS

To complete and file a 2018 and 219 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the desktop editions for each tax year from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A prior year tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed. Use separate envelopes when mailing multiple tax years. Use a tracking service from the US Post Office when mailing so that you will know the tax returns were received by the IRS.
