I checked the wisconsin website and saw that it said the money had been sent However when I checked my bank account I saw that the money hadn't arrived. Can you help me?

I checked the Wisconsin website under the 'Where is my refund' option and saw that it said the money had been sent. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that the money hadn't arrived. Can you help me with this?

TurboTax gets no information about refunds. Contact your bank.
