I called the IRS to check on my state return. It's been processed and approved but I haven't received my turbotax card with my refund. Where is it?

Do you mean your federal return? IRS would not have information on your state return, only your federal. You would need to contact your state department of revenue to track your state refund.

I called the state. They said it was approved. They said I needed to call you guys to find out why I haven't received my return yet. I've tried calling but only get a computer. I really need my state refund. I already got my federal. Just not my state.
