I answered the questionnaire for the Underpayment Penalty incorrectly, when in fact, I do qualify for the waiver.It won't allow me to edit my response.

I am having the same issue. How do I edit the dollar amounts entered by quarter? I entered those incorrectly and now I can't figure out how to get back to edit those amounts. The answer above doesn't really answer the question.
