I am suppose to receive a refund from Tubrotax for my software purchase. It has been 6 weeks and I have not seen my refund check in the mail yet. Why?

No one on this forum can access your account. You'd have to contact telephone Support for this. Don't use the word refund in your description of you'll be sent to a site to look for your federal tax return. Start here:
