Question

I already filed for 2025 and received my refund. I found out I'll be receiving a K1 in June. How do I proceed? Do I wait until I get it and file an amendment?

Yes, you must wait until you have the physical K-1 form in hand and then file an amended return.

You should not file an amendment until your original return has been fully processed and you have received your refund. Filing too early can cause the IRS to confuse the two returns and delay both.  You cannot accurately amend without the specific figures from the K-1, as it often includes complex data like ordinary income, capital gains, and self-employment tax information that must flow to different parts of your return.
