I already did this? why is my info missing? i logged in and poof, info gone?

This could be a second account that you have and didn't realize. This happens quite often to costumers, apparently it's really easy to create an account without realizing it.
To find out simply go to the log in screen and choose the forgot my userID or password then choose to have it sent to your email. This will send an email with all your user IDs for each account connected with your Email.
