Question

How do I use TurboTax to do my 92 year old mother's 2020 taxes? I am her financial POA?

Nothing different than using paper forms ... just fill in the information as usual and in the FILE tab you will need to choose the mail in option so you can attach a copy of the POA to the return.  When you sign the return you sign YOUR NAME  and put POA after it.

However, if your mom is able to consent to you filling in the return on the computer  and  can pick a 5 digit number to represent her signature then the return can be efiled.

Also, you should attach a copy of the POA to the mailed tax return that authorizes you to file tax returns for her.   A "financial" POA does not necessary allow tax returns.   The IRS would probably also want IRS form 2848 to be included.

TurboTax 2020 will not be available for filing until sometime in January 2021.

Thanks for the information.  I did not mention that mom has advanced Alzheimer dementia.  Her  Statement of Incapacity was invoked in 2103. I will include that document with the Financial POA.   Signing a document is beyond her physical and mental abilities.
