You are not able to track the arrival of your Turbo Visa Debit Card. Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date your signed up for it. (Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days). If you think your card should have arrived by now, please visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

@bmedina40 If your card is supposed to be delivered today, there's a good chance that you will receive it by the end of business day. The (888) 285-4169 is the only number available at this time to speak with a representative. However, you can check the website for more information. Here's the website: TurboDebitCard.com

When you call the number for Turbo Prepaid Visa, the best way to get through to a live person is to select the option where your refund was loaded onto a card that is not yours. This will send you over to the fraud department.

Please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa Card for questions about your card or account. You can contact them by calling toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number. Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions.

@Cindy1966 There is no tracking number for the Turbo Card. Call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to check the address on file, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days. Follow the steps below. I have called the system to create these steps for you.

Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it)
Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday.
At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.
