How do I fix incorrect account number and routing number entered and filed

Unfortunately, once you have filed, there is no way to correct that information. If your return ends up getting rejected, you will be given the opportunity to fix it. If it is accepted by the IRS, it will most likely end up being rejected by your bank at which point the IRS will end up sending you a paper check in the mail.
