How do I finish my return when I can't get to the print page?

Have you paid your TurboTax fees?  You cannot print unless your fees are paid.

I thought filing your federal was free. I don't owe any taxes.

Your post does not indicate what version of the software you used.  But you are past the October 15 deadline.  Online tax preparation and e-filing have shut down for this tax season.
