how do I find out if cross river bank or sbtb has received my state refund ?

The ca state where my refund site says that my refund was sent on may 12 2026 however I have not received it yet

Is it possible that you did not use the Refund Transfer for your CA refund? If you print out your CA return with all the worksheets, you will see the method you've selected to receive the refund.

If that is the case, you might want to give another week for the check to arrive. If you still don't have it, call the CA FTB at 800-852-5711 to place a trace on it.
