This Ohio drivers license expiration date is found in the center of the card and reads:  "EXP 01-21-2021"

Your Ohio drivers license may or may not look like this one.

States requesting the driver's license is an identify theft precaution.  The state that I live in specifically says that information from your driver's license is not required.

However, I would expect not providing the information or providing information which the state may not readily be able to verify (like a temporary driver's license), may delay processing of your state tax return.

Look for ISS on your license. That is the issue date.

It depends on the state and some states do not have an issue date.  Use the instructions below as a workaround.  You can still e-file without having this information.  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5747054

@Davidturner As mentioned in the thread above, it depends on the state; feel free to let us know what state you are in so that we may try to better assist you.
