You cannot track it. The IRS does not provide tracking when they mail your refund check. All you can do is pay attention to your mailbox and watch for the check to arrive.

Could you please let me know approximately how many does it take for the Federal refund check to arrive in a foreign address in India? It has been sent on Feb 11, 2022 (as per IRS website)

Also, which courier service is used generally to mail the check?
