How can I reset my entire tax return if I did it incorrectly? I also need it sent to a different account and routing number, how can I do that?

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

There is no option for me to click on tax tools so how can I reset it.

If you have not submitted them you can start over. This article will provide information on Clearing & Starting Over after you've registered.
