You said 2020. Do you mean 2021? Your employer had until yesterday (Jan 31, 2022) to send it to you, so wait a few days for the mail to catch up.

The best place to get it is from your previous employer who issued you the W-2; it is free to do so. You can get copies at SSA.gov, but beware, there is a fee of $90 for each form. For more info, please see How can I get a copy of my wage and tax statements (Form W-2)?
