To edit your State taxes in TurboTax, complete the following steps below:   

  •  Sign in to your TurboTax account
  • Click on Take me to my return button
  • Select the State tab (on left) 
  • Click on Continue, then Edit to update your information.

This answer doesn't mean you can edit the forms. It only walks you through the questions, which doesn't help if there is incorrectly imported data.
