You can change the amount of state taxes you've already paid in the Estimated Taxes section.

To report the estimated tax payments you made, please follow these steps:

Click on Deductions & Credits.
In the Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section, click on the Start/Update box next to Estimates.
On the next screen, click the Start/Revisit box next to the type of tax payment ( in your case, State).
