Hi recieved a letter saying my taxes need a through review even though they where accepted

Did you receive a CPO5 letter from the IRS?  It just means that they are reviewing items on your tax return (e.g., income items, calculations, missing forms, etc.).  The IRS may just have randomly chosen your return to review.

Accepted just means received for processing (like a recipient signing for a Certified letter). It does not mean Approved.  See answer below.
