Hi! I received an e-mail that both of my returns have been accepted, but when I'm trying to check the CO State return status, it says not received. Can you please help?

Nothing TT can do ... if they indicate accepted for processing then you will need to contact the state for more information ... be aware that the state WMR tool may not be accurate or up to date.
