Hello, I arrived to the US in 2021, I didn`t recieve the 6475 letter, because i didn't get any stimulus check. Do I need a letter stating that?Thank you

If you can file as a resident alien for tax year 2021 then you will not receive the 6475 letter since no stimulus payment was sent to you in 2021. Where asked if you received the 3rd stimulus payment answer No.

Are you a US citizen, US resident alien or are you a nonresident alien?

If you are a US citizen or US resident alien then indicate that you did Not receive the 3rd stimulus payment.

If you are a nonresident alien then you cannot use TurboTax. You need a Form 1040-NR which is not supported in TurboTax.
