I need to see separate information for myself and spouse as far as income, etc..

All of your income was combined on a joint return; the tax form will not show income "per spouse." You can look at the worksheets that are part of the pdf of your return to see entries for each of you. And...you are supposed to save your own W-2's and 1099's for your own records.
