Havent received my turbo card in over 30 days

I checked the IRS website, my money was deposited in my account March 3rd but I havent received my card. I called the 4169 number and got nowhere since I have multiple cards out. I sat on hold for 5 hours when I called the 4611 number. Now I cant call at all due to the covid 19. I waited on chat for over 2 hours just to be told chat is unavailable due to covid 19. Is there a way I can talk to a human to get my card mailed to me?!!! I'll never use turbo tax again!!! I've been using it for over 8 years!!!

For any questions or concerns with the Yirbo Prepaid Visa, please click here to contact customer support. 

 

When calling, please select the option that your refund was placed onto a card you do not own to be connected with the fraud department and get a human.

I've tried that number almost 20 different times. Not once was I able to get a human. I've tried all the options and got nowhere

Please contact Turbo Prepaid Visa Card for questions about your card or account. You can contact them by calling toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

Call again and ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #1 again, enter SS# if prompted and continue following the instructions. 

Check the address we have for you, update your address, or have a new card sent to you if it's been longer than 10 business days.

Finally talked to someone to just be told turbo tax has nothing to do with the card after it's been sent. Got 4 different numbers for green dot and go figure they all are automated and got the same run around as turbo. So now I'm screwed. Never again will I use turbo tax nor will anybody I know

Please select the option that your return has been deposited into a card that you do not own. You will then be connected to the fraud department and will be connected with a live agent.

Unfortunately, we don't have access to your account information and are unable to assist you with your Turbo Visa Debit Card in this public forum.  Please contact Customer Care so that they can assist you with reporting your card lost.

Today is Saturday, did my taxes with turbotax on 2-12-2021,it got accepted the next day, today is 2/27/21,see how many days that is now,,they say you get your money in 21days three  weeks  we'll see if that's true,,,,,,,,,,get back at me,,,,,,,
