I filed in 1/22/2020 have been unpostable since 2/18/2020 and still am in processing til today

has anyone who filed around 1/22/2020 and went unpostable received their refund?

@stephanieD_908, when you file a return with us, we prepare the return using our software, then the IRS processes the return. We do not get updates on the status of returns and have no permission or way to access the IRS systems to get more information. The only updates we get are when the IRS accepts the efiled tax return for processing or rejects the return. For this reason, we are unable to help with refund dates, processing times, delays, etc. You can post here to ask if other community members are facing the same issue(s), but the most accurate information will come from the IRS. Calling them is your best option.
