Being processed with no bars or tax topic (path act tax filers) =good a DDD is being determined for you just hasn't shown up yet. Still being processed = extra review and cannot be guaranteed that you'll get your refund within 21 days (disclaimer: this information is courtesy of a video seen on the internet from a CPA. Filed 2/2/19 both credits. Does anybody know why I never got the PATH message?

@omar0324mc not everyone who claims the EITC and/or ACTC will get the PATH act message on WMR sometimes it will stay on "We have received your tax return and it is being processed"

The reason I know this is because it happened to me last year filed on 2/2/18 stayed on 1 bar and never got any further until the 16th and then my DDD showed up for 4 days later

This was last year I'm giving an example I got my DDD on the 16th of Feb 2018. This may not be the case with you but just be patient as long as it doesn't say "your tax return is still being processed
A refund date will be provided when available", you should be ok.
