Just wondering if anyone else continues to be delayed in receiving their refund. Despite nothing changing on my taxes in over 6 years. Same spouse, same dependents, same job. Only thing that has changed is my gross income which was a little less than last year and of course that means what I paid in was different as well but other then that nothing is different. I just received a third letter delaying my refund for a third time asking for another 60 days. This is on top of the 100 days that its already been delayed.

Your info may not have changed, but the tax law underwent a major 2018 revision.

If it's been more than 90 days since the return was accepted  then you can ask for help from the Tax Payer Advocate office:

At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate.

http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-a-Local-Taxpayer-Advocate

If you are unsuccessful with the Taxpayer Advocate for your area, you can also try the special IRS phone number for the Taxpayer Advocate Service at 877-777-4778.
