Has anyone applied for the advance refund loan and never received an answer? My return was accepted by the IRS on Friday, February 3rd.

I have called Turbo Tax and Credit Karma 20 times today. Someone help!

Have you received an email stating when your funds will be available?

Once accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions on accessing the funds. Check your spam folder for the email. See the TurboTax FAQ here for more information on your refund advance.

Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.

Yes all of my information is the same. I never received any email and it is way past the time frame I should have received one by. I'm talked to Credit Karma several times and they said the problem is on the Turbo Tax side and not Credit Karma. It is very frustrating no one will listen to me.
