I used TurboTz desktop and have filed both federal and Virginia returns. In Turbotax both show as accepted. I elected to pay my taxes to both jurisdictions via credit card. I have seen the credit card charge for the payment to the IRS, but have not seen the payment to Virginia. How can I check the status of that payment and how long does it usually take for that to process?
