Filed January 21st and also accepted on 21st well 2 days ago on my order details it changed from pending to complete I had fees taken out refund does this mean irs paid?

Wmr says delayed past normal timeframe I also received an email the day it said complete that said phew you did it the turbo tax bank says they haven't received anything and so did turbo tax when I called so anyone have any ideas??

No it does not mean TurboTax has already been paid. TT gets paid when the IRS issues your refund and the third party bank takes the fees out and sends the rest to you. The message from TT only meant that they know they WILL be paid since you chose refund processing.

The IRS has been severely backlogged for a long time. Many people are getting this "delayed" message. TurboTax does not get any information after you file your tax return so no one at TT knows a specific reason why you are getting that message. If the IRS wants any other information from you they will let you know by letter. Meanwhile all you can do is wait patiently and watch the IRS site. The IRS is your only source of information.

I seen a turbotax specialist comment on another post that they don't change it to complete unless it's been paid and said that they change when they receive your refund
