Filed Federal but have not paid and got unemployment last year

I've filed taxes but not paid Federal yet.  I owed almost two thousand until the Covid act changed and allowed 10,200 of unemployment to be untaxed and now am suppose to get a little refund instead.  Do I have to pay in full and wait until they reimburse me, or is there a way for me not to pay since I actually don't owe anything.  TIA

If the new tax law changes your return from a tax owed to a refund, you do not need to send in a payment.  The IRS will make the corrections and notify you and then send the refund as applicable.
