Federal Refund Deposited Too High

My federal refund hit my bank account today, but it is $2600 higher than what Turbo Tax indicated I should receive.  Below are the steps I took to figure out what is going on. My questions are: 1) Is this the correct or should I be doing something different? I simply need to talk to a person. 2) Should I be anticipating an explanation letter from the IRS in the mail?

I called my bank and they didn't have much details on the transaction, but that my name was correct on it.

I tried calling Tax Products Group (TPG) who processed the refund and all I could get was an automated system that confirmed the amount I saw and the date of deposit. It then said, "we have no more information on this transaction" and disconnected the call.

I then tried calling the IRS number for individuals regarding tax return info and went through a series of menus before receiving a message that volume was too high so to call back on a different time or day. (UGH)

The IRS will be sending you an explanation in the mail about  three to four weeks from now explaining why the tax refund was changed.
