Does anyone know why u wouldn’t of gotten tax money if it says you were approved

When you complete your return you could be PRE qualified for the advance however until your return is successfully efiled and the IRS has accepted your return for processing the final determination for the advance will not be known.  If you read the fine print in the contract you must sign all the rules are stated ...

If you are asking about the advance loan you do not get any money until the IRS accepts your e-file even if the loan was approved.    They will begin to accept returns on January 23, so you have to wait.  Watch your emails for the message as to whether your return was accepted or rejected.

 

 

If you are asking about an income tax refund....TurboTax does not ever tell you that your refund was approved.  TT only tells you if the return was accepted or rejected.  Accepted is not the same as approved.
