You can access a copy of your 2018 return by following the instructions here.

    last year I efiled my return prepared through turbo tax it was returned by the IRS reason unknown. I was to corrector change something and refile but by the time i was able to do so i forgot my turbo account password and no longer had access to the email used to open my account. i believe the return was not completed and never refiled. so recently with the help of turbo tax i was aloud to make the required  changes to recover my turbo tax account now i need a copy of the 2018 return to refile it.
